Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

by a clear statement (for example by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory.

It is sufficient to send the communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Online withdrawal function

You may also submit your withdrawal using the permanently available “Withdraw from contract” function in the highlighted footer area of our websites. No customer account or login is required.

On the input page, enter your name, order or contract number, and an email address for the acknowledgement. Clicking “Confirm withdrawal” submits your clear withdrawal declaration. We promptly acknowledge receipt by email, including the content of the declaration and the date and time received.

The function accepts the declaration even where the withdrawal period or other conditions must subsequently be reviewed. The acknowledgement of receipt is not itself confirmation of legal effectiveness or reimbursement.

Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs except additional costs arising from a more expensive delivery method chosen by you, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt. We use the same means of payment as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed, without charging fees.

If you requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, reasonable compensation may be due for the portion already supplied before receipt of the withdrawal, where the statutory conditions apply.

For service contracts, the right may expire early upon complete performance where, before performance began, you expressly consented to performance starting before the period ended and acknowledged that the right would be lost upon complete performance. Separate statutory conditions apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Any required declarations are obtained separately during checkout.
